Two plans to choose from
For a one-time payment, Tracfone customers can sign up for the Mobile Protect plan. It offers 12- or 24-month coverage for the following:
- Mechanical and electrical malfunction
- Accidental damage from handling such as cracked screens, water damage, drops, and spills
We also offer a more comprehensive option to bring you ultimate peace of mind. Mobile Protect Plus has you covered in case your phone gets lost or stolen. It also covers normal wear and tear. Instead of a one-time payment, you can pay it off in a few monthly installments.
Both options include mobile app support, too, so you can easily manage your enrollment.
How the programs work
We hope everything is smooth sailing with your new phone, but in case it’s not, Mobile Protect is there for you to fall back on. If your handset does get lost or stolen, just let us know. We’ll help you file a claim. And if your device gets damaged or has a malfunction, send it to us and we’ll send back a replacement. It’s as easy as that.
